How long will my order take? Orders received before 12:00 pm on business days are sent the same day if in stock, orders after 12:00 pm are sent the next business day.

If the person I bought an item for doesn't like it, can I return it? Yes, we accept exchanges and returns (less $5.00 shipping and handling fee) for 30 days from date of purchase.

Is there some type of warranty on the piece? Yes, we warranty all Raychester hallmarked pieces for 120 days from date of purchase, however we DO NOT warranty against loss or theft.
How and where is your jewelry made? We make all Raychester hallmarked jewelry at the store location in Socorro, NM. We mold, cast, solder and finish all pieces at our manufacturing plant using 100% recycled metal. On occasion we will sell jewelry by other designers, and we verify all quality marks.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee? Yes, we have a 100% money back guarantee (less $5.00 shipping and handling fee). We are so confident that you will be satisfied with any Raychester hallmarked jewelry, that if returned within 30 days, we will refund the purchase price less the shipping expenses.
Do you accept special orders? Yes, We accept and welcome special orders. You choose an item from our online store, submit the item number and the changes you wish to make, and we will respond within two business days. We do not allow returns on special orders and they must be pre-paid before the order is processed.
Can I order by fax or phone? Yes, we accept orders both by fax and phone, in addition to online orders.
Can you send me a printed catalogue? The environment if very important to us, and the amount of paper required to print a catalog is not necessary when we have an online store. We do not currently have a printed catalog, however if you contact us we can work to accommodate your needs.
How do I clean and care for my sterling silver and gold jewelry? We offer jewelry cleaning solutions and recommend that you wrap your jewelry in tissue paper and store it in a sealable plastic bag to slow down the tarnishing when not in use. For more information, view Sterling Silver Care.
Can I send a gift to a different address and do you ship internationally? Yes, we can ship to any address that you want, and we do offer international shipping. Please call our customer care center for postage information.

What happens if I need to return something? You need to send the item for return along with your receipt and a brief note on why you’re returning it by USPS, UPS or FedEx.

Can Raychester repair my jewelry that I bought somewhere else? Yes, Raychester is able to repair most sterling silver, gold, brass, bronze and copper jewelry. We also replace watch batteries and repair watch bands as well as most eye glasses. To have an item repaired, call our customer service center. We can give you an estimate on what it will cost, or send the item with a description of what you need done and a valid phone number at which to reach you by USPS, UPS or FedEx. After we receive the item we will call you and give an estimate of the work to be done.
